BTS Tops Billboard Again — ‘ARIRANG’ and ‘SWIM’ Make History



BTS has once again proven their global power in the music industry.
The group recently achieved a remarkable milestone by topping both the Billboard 200 and the Hot 100 charts at the same time.

According to Billboard, BTS’s fifth full-length album “ARIRANG” debuted at No.1 on the Billboard 200, while the album’s title track “SWIM” entered the Hot 100 directly at No.1. Achieving the top position on both charts in the same week is considered a rare accomplishment in the global music industry.

With “SWIM,” BTS earned their seventh No.1 song on the Hot 100, continuing their impressive record on the chart. Debuting at No.1 is also an uncommon achievement, making the moment even more meaningful for the group.

The track performed strongly across multiple metrics during its first week.
It recorded 15.3 million streams, reached 25.8 million radio listeners, and sold over 154,000 digital and physical copies. These numbers reflect not only the strength of BTS’s global fanbase but also the song’s widespread popularity.

This achievement places BTS alongside some of the most iconic groups in music history. Groups such as The Beatles, The Supremes, the Bee Gees, and The Rolling Stones have also achieved multiple No.1 songs on the Hot 100, and BTS continues to build their legacy among them.
